webapp-config-1.50.14 has been in the tree as unstable version for quite some
time and can probably be considered stable.

webapp-config-1.50-15 only adds the new webapp-cleaner script as discussed in
bug #124440 and did not see any other code changes. Please mark this new
version stable.

Ok, valid complaint about this stabilization request coming a little bit early.
The change is actually only the new webapp-cleaner script, but we'll wait two
weeks before reopening the bug. Sorry for the noise!
