on x86, emerge gnome-power-manager brings: Calculating dependencies - !!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=x11-libs/libnotify-0.2.2" have been masked. !!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request: - x11-libs/libnotify-0.4.2 (masked by: ~x86 keyword) - x11-libs/libnotify-0.3.2 (masked by: ~x86 keyword) - x11-libs/libnotify-0.4.0 (masked by: ~x86 keyword) i hope you don't mind if i marked stable libnotify 0.4.2 and then gnome-power-manager-2.14.3 so amd64 rock your world ppc stable for x86... x11-libs/libnotify-0.4.2 keyworded gnome-power-manager emerges fine, passes tests and works. some minor things... configure: WARNING: docbook2man not found, will not be able to build man documentation -> obwohl docbooc2X installiert ist db2omf: Missing element with role maintainer db2omf: Missing abstract element with role description Seems to work just fine on my laptop's gnome 2.14. Stable on x86 along with libnotify-0.4.2. stable on all arches. |
