Ebuilds in the attached list still ask users to run 'ebuild /path/to/ebuild
config' - please, fix them.

I've dropped the old mod_python affected by this from the tree. Removing python
from the cc list, readd us if I missed something.

Isn't this a dupe of #109482 ?
But anyway, fobbit is taking the way of the dodo, and digitaldj fixed, so
removing sound.
