It appears that eclipse version 3.2 has been released. The general download
page is at:

We are already working on updating to 3.2. Please try
dev-util/eclipse-sdk-3.2_rc7 in the meantime. There are very few changes
between that and the official 3.2 release.

Added tonight. Give it a few hours to reach your local mirror. Note: it needs
to remain in package.mask until we switch over to new style virtuals for jdk /
jre.
