With USE="-xine" emerging totem-1.4.2 fails during configuration with
gst-plugins-base-0.10.6 installed. Upgrading to gst-plugins-base-0.10.7 fixes
this.

I am sorry, totem was bumped without someone checking the deps correctly.

Sorry.  I could swear I looked at the deps, but I guess I forgot.
