I made an ebuild for it quite easily (if you speak about kdevelop 3.3.91, beta1 of kdevelop 3.4).

Just copy kdevelop-3.3.3.ebuild to kdevelop-3.3.91.ebuild, unmask your arch and emerge it.

So please add it to the portage.
