Just a few errors in the perl script for me, and yes my dvd is /dev/hda

hda: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10L, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
hda: ATAPI 38X DVD-ROM DVD-R-RAM CD-R/RW drive, 2048kB Cache

Did you compile transcode with +dvdread?

It was, but i recompiled it tonight and it worked...*shrugs* who knows, so
stable on x86 X_X

Stable on ppc.

Closing the bug as we are the last arch.
