netqmail should have an option to disable auth cram-md5 for the same reasons
that qmail has one. it's a trivial fix on the ebuild only that changes an
environment variable and adds an external dependency when enabled
(checkpassword-pam) - for user comodity.

please consider attached patch to netqmail-1.05-r3.ebuild. It's the same as in
bug #33818
