The URL "http://www.public.iastate.edu/~areinot/matrix/matrix.html" does not
work anymore. I don't know if it has been moved to somewhere else (besides
web.archive.org) or if it has just vanished.

The only page left is http://mods.moddb.com/3388/matrix-quake-3/
You should probably pick that one.
