Although this only provides weak encryption I like to have this.

I would think that you might want the encryption to be optional depending on,
perhaps, the "crypt" USE flag.

zip-2.3-r2 has been added to portage.  I utilized the crypt USE variable to
control adding of the patch.  Thanks for the suggestion. :)
