Hello.

Overview Description

Here is a patch file (UTF-8) for the translation of
net-misc/dropbear/metadata.xml in Japanese. I read
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0034.html and some category
metadata.xml, some package metadata.xml, and agree to that point.

Actual Results 
--------------
A group of elements (i.e. <longdescription>) has not had a element for Japanese
(i.e. <longdescription lang="ja">).

Expected Results 
----------------
I hope that a group of elements (i.e. <longdescription>) has had a element for
Japanese (i.e. <longdescription lang="ja">).
