I have verified that this package works for alpha.
Please add the ~alpha KEYWORDS to sys-apps/sdparm-0.98

Very useful utility for doing things like spinning down a noisy scsi /boot
disk.

sys-apps/sdparm-0.99 also works properly with either gcc-4.1 or 3.4.6

Added ~alpha to 0.99.
