here is an init script for heartbeat v2.

it is based on the upstream script, with watchdog stuff removed:
http://cvs.linux-ha.org/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/linux-ha/heartbeat/init.d/heartbeat.in

tested with 2.0.4 and 2.0.5. in use for 2 weeks now.

please consider adding it into v2 ebuilds.
