Running gnuconfig_update before configure allows to build
app-dicts/dictd-wn-2.0
on an amd64 system.

I'm not sure wether ppc64 suffered the same problem in is fixed by doing so
too, as I don't have access to such hardware, so someone else would have to
check that.
