The files... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2006f.tar.gz ...and... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2006f.tar.gz ...are now available; a missing version number problem is fixed (with thanks to Bradley White for catching the problem). These are the changes in 2006e: These reflect the changes circulated on the time zone mailing list last week by Paul Eggert; I've also added new items to tz-arts.htm that were found by Paul. You can skip 2006e and go straight to 2006f.
