There is a new release of sys-cluster/heartbeat: 2.0.5.

This release has a new management interface.  I added a new
use flag "management" to trigger the extra ebuild dependencies.

A better answer would probably be to split all the management
functionality into a separate ebuild, but that was beyond my
limited ebuild skills.  The linux-ha folks are also considering
the issue; I thought we should mirror their packaging for now.
