By default rsyncd uses /etc/rsyncd.conf.
In order for gentoo-rsync-mirror to work,

RSYNC_OPTS="--config=/etc/rsync/rsyncd.conf"

needs to be set in /etc/conf.d/rsyncd.
However, this is not mentioned in the
otherwise very thorough information displayed
after installing gentoo-rsync-mirror.
