The files... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2006d.tar.gz ...and... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2006d.tar.gz ...are now available. These reflect the Haiti, Sri Lanka, and Canada changes circulated by Paul Eggert on the time zone mailing list; there's also a new audio CD documented in the art file.
