Here are the new stable versions of hk_classes and knoda.
Main new features:
===============
* improved report generator. Report fields can automatically resize depending
on the size of the displayed text (set the "dynamic height" property to use
this in combination with the "line break" property). Fonts can be embedded
now (in the preferences dialog), so differences between the preview window
and the printed result should be history. There is also no need any more to
select a local charset.
* improved query editor. It handles outer and inner joins (as far as the sql
server supports it). Table primary key fields are highlighted and a lot of
bugs are fixed.
* The drivers SQLITE3,SQLITE2, PARADOX and MDB (MS Access) can compile now
without the need to install extra packages, so they are generally available.
* the PARADOX driver supports writing
* the FIREBIRD driver supports the upcoming Firebird 2.x
Also many bugs are fixed. The Mysql driver handles sockets correctly now and
the Sqlite drivers handle different encodings in a better way.
The documentation has been updated, so pressing F1 will hopefully help you in
many cases.

hk_classes-0.8.1a.ebuild
There was a bug in the configure script of hk_classes-0.8.1 belonging to the
fontconfig library detection. If you have problems installing hk_classes you
should use this version. If version 0.8.1 works for you there is no need to
update.
I have tested this ebuild on an ~amd64 and they worked perfect. Hopefully they
will get in portage soon.
