When i try to emerge the ebulid tiff, actually the 3.7.3 version, it returns an
error, that can't download the file, it seems that the mirror
"ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/libtiff/" removed the ebuild from its
directory. I'm hope that anyone solve this problem urgently, because i simply
couldn't emerge xfce4 without this package.

Not Gentoo mirrors bug.

Downloads just fine from Gentoo mirrors. 

The correct SRC_URI is

SRC_URI="ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/libtiff/old/${P}.tar.gz"

for all ebuilds in portage (and we are kinda behind upstream, current version
is 3.8.2).
