The ebuild for beagle-0.2.3-r1 allows building against known broken versions of
libwv that cause beagled to loop endlessly on certain Word documents[1]. The
ebuild should be changed to depend upon >=wv-1.2.0 which does not exhibit this
behavior

Patch that changes the ebuild to depend upon >=wv-1.2.0
