Should dev-util/cdecl and dev-util/cutils conflict?
The both portage include /usr/bin/cdecl.
Or, eliminating cdecl from dev-util/cutils would be another solution.

Thanks for the hint. Adding a blocker for older versions, latest cutils will install cutils-cdecl instead now.
