The package media-gfx/icoutils is now located at
http://www.nongnu.org/icoutils/ (the old address, specified in the ebuild,
gives a 404 error).

Furthermore, the version 0.26.0 is available (Changelog:
http://www.nongnu.org/icoutils/news.html).

Patch for icoutils-0.23.0 to bump version to 0.26.0

I changed the website address and added some einfo about optional dependencies
and the name of the main tool (as it is different from the package name).

Compiles finely on x86.

Thanks for the submission, I added the perl stuff to RDEPEND instead of using
your pkg_postinst block.

In CVS now.
