I'll shortly attach the ebuild for a later qmail-ldap patch version, based on
qmail-ldap-1.03-r4.ebuild.  This has been updated for the latest available
patch, but not tested on a production environment.  The previous release has
been operating for some time without problems.

Overlay tarball containing everything that is required

Since there are so many files and changes I thought it best to include one big
tarball with them.

qmail-ldap-1.03-r5 is in cvs, has been synced with netqmail and latest ldap and
spp patches, please test
