adesklets 0.5.1 is out! Find enclosed an updated version of the
adesklets-0.5.0-r1.ebuild already in portage:

- It removes the adesklets_installer patch (bug #123402), now merged upstream.
- It renames the control context menu fix (bug $123538), since it will probably
  be useful in gentoo for many versions to come (patch explanation as also 
  been expanded).
- It removes one more superfluous compilation processing

I tested this ebuild and the only issue I see is that you are using that old
patch with the bad directory paths.  I suggest obsoleting this patch and
re-attaching a copy of files/adesklets-0.5.0-ctrlmenu.patch, renamed to
adesklets-ctrlmenu.patch.

After building this version, the only issue I see at the moment is that you get
a new and spurrious warning of the form:

ls: /tmp/*adesklets_fifo*: No such file or directory

when you start the desklets.   It's obvious (to me) that this is not really any
error, but you may get some repetitive questions about it.
