Chillispot-1.0 is without init script. Here's one I made, maybe it could be
added to the ebuild.

We dont really need radiusd in the depend() as the hotspot can use remote 
radius servers. I'll omit that and add this otherwise.

I slipped it into chillispot-1.0 and gave you credit for it in the ChangeLog.
