The missed library is libpcre. Please fix the eBuild.

I verify the bug. Tried to build mail-mta/courier-0.52.2 as a part of a livecd
stage with catalyst and the default-linux/x86/2005.1/vserver profile. I suppose
it also should be reproducible with other profiles whenever libpcre is missing.

Im not sure how to fix this
courier-0.52.2.ebuild have dev-libs/libpcre in DEPEND, what else can be done ?
