pythoncard 0.7.3.1 builds and works against wxpython 2.6.1.0 on amd64 (k8 march) 
(I've emerged wxpython then emerged -O pythoncard with x86/~x86 keyword)

Python, this ebuild is marked to only work with wxpython-2.4.2.4*, but this user is reporting success with a 2.6 series. Could you please take a look at that? Other than that, it looks like it works on amd64, so the keyword has been added.

it works for me here too.  python, can you change the DEPEND to =dev-python/wxpython-2.6*?  we want to beat wxpython-2.4 to death with pointy sticks.

Finally fixed. Tested a couple of examples and it seems to work :-)
