scim 1.4.4 is out and seems to work fine (got asked by scim-qtimm author if it
was possible to update it), and while I was testing I also looked at fixing
doxygen usage.
The attached ebuild patch introduces a "doc" useflag that adds dependency over
doxygen, and make sure that it's checked by configure. Instead it disable API
documentation generation if -doc is provided.
To do so it need the also attached source patch.
