Maybe a note about the change of library name should be added :

(libnetsnmp.so.5 is now called libnetsnmp.so.10)

removed 5.3* from package.mask as there doesnt seem to be any need for it, it
was added 15 months ago when it was an unstable version and it is the
current/production/recommended release upstream.
