libusb 0.1.11 was released on Thu, 19 Jan 2006.
The much needed pkg-config support is included now (other distros had
backported the libusb.pc already).

The patch from the 0.1.10a ebuild is included now, that way the whole
src_unpack can be removed from the 0.1.11 ebuild. Works nicely form overlay
here.
