oooqs-2.0.3-r2, the OpenOffice.org quickstarter for KDE, needs to be stabilized
on amd64 and ppc. This is the only version that works with OOo 2.0 and as this
is now stable on both, this has to follow.

Meant to do this, but hadn't committed it. Doh! Done now.
