I've attached an ebuild for dev-util/aegis-4.21.  This package doesn't seem to
be being updated.  The only change from earlier versions is an additional
dependency on dev-libs/libxml2.

Copying this file to dev-util/aegis-4.22 also builds the latest version of
aegis just fine.

Sorry for the extreme delay! 4.24 is now in CVS. Please test if you can, I had
to make a weird modification in src_unpack().
