neoengine does not compile on gcc-3.4

neoengine-0.8.1-gcc34.patch

Patch to fix compiling. I made difference in the few place where compiler
raises errors from the 0.8.2 version.

ebuild change to apply the previous patch.

You can do an ebuild for 0.8.2 instead

Fixed in CVS bumping version to 0.8.2
