As came to light in bug 118053, perl-ldap is missing some xml-sax related deps.
dev-perl/XML-SAX-Base and dev-perl/XML-SAX-Writer (optional xml deps of
perl-ldap) need to be keyworded. thanks!

Still waiting on mips and s390 keywords. Technically, yes, but the keywording
of the arch's isn't.
