Trying to upgrade k3b-0.12.8 to 0.12.9 doesn't work here.

emerge k3b results in

configure: error: conditional "include_ALSA" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.

There's a probably bug in the configure of upstream k3b package, I have a 
patch that should fix it, currently test-building it.

Added patch to our ebuild, and committed the fix upstream.
