The sys-apps/pcmcia-cs user-space tools for 16bit PCMCIA cards is deprecated in
recent kernels in favor of sys-apps/pcmciautils, and the pcmcia-cs specific
IOCTLs are scheduled for removal.

In order to provide a smooth transition from sys-apps/pcmcia-cs to
sys-apps/pcmciautils I would like the PPC and AMD64 herds to test pcmciautils
and mark it ~ARCH if possible.
