proposed ebuild
This is an ebuild I have quickly put together for this version. It at least
works on my AMD64 system. It would be great though if one of the maintainers
looks into it, because a lot of download locations changed, and GTK package
can't be downloaded anymore.
azureus-bin has reached the end of its life and will continue as a from sources version. I did quite a lot of cleanup to the ebuild so I added it to the experimental java tree first: https://svn.gentooexperimental.org/svn/java/gentoo-java-experimental/net-p2p/azureus/ http://gentoo-wiki.com/Experimental_Java_tree Committed to official as package.masked. Will unmask after I have succesfully downloaded a couple of torrents with it. Seems to be working. Removed from package.mask. Just a little question: did someone notice that Azureus 2.3.0.6 won't move completed files to the chosen final directory anymore ? (In reply to comment #5) > Just a little question: did someone notice that Azureus 2.3.0.6 won't move > completed files to the chosen final directory anymore ? Let me test, but this would probably be an upstream problem and such should reported there. Just check your options in case your some settings values have changed. Ok, everything went fine as soon as I unchecked "Move completed files :: only if in default data dir". In the new Azureus version, this option prevents subdirectories from being moved to "completed" (at least if the download was started using a previous Azureus version). Anyhow.. nothing serious :-) Thanks ! |
