Arch teams: Please have a look at gwenhywfar-1.18.0 and aqbanking-1.6.0_beta 
and mark stable if they are fine. 
We need them for gnucash.

forgot to mention, libchipcard-1.9.15_beta, libofx need stable marking as well 
(and it probably makes sense to look at ktoblzcheck-1.7 also) to fit the deps.
