Latest ebuild for alpha is XML-Twig-3.17.ebuild 
Latest ebuild for amd64 is XML-Twig-3.15-r1.ebuild 
Latest ebuild for ia64 is XML-Twig-3.17.ebuild 
Latest ebuild for ppc is XML-Twig-3.17.ebuild 
Latest ebuild for sparc is XML-Twig-3.17.ebuild 
Latest ebuild for x86 is XML-Twig-3.17.ebuild 
 
amd64 is stable with 3.15-r1, which prevents me from cleaning out the old 
ebuild.  Please mark 3.17 stable or let me know if there's something I need to 
fix.

3.17 is stable, you can start cleaning up the mess ;)

I checked dev-util/XML-Twig, and it's still not stable, nor anything in the
ChangeLog.  Removed all and cvs updated about 5 times, same thing.

right, i don't know happened (just what did *not* happen ;)) but it's still
working fine and so it *should be* stable now
