please consider the attached diff (it's against 3.6.1).

it fixes the use of clamav and user-homedirs. you can close bug 111863 after
this one ;)

also the default db driver should be the self-contained hash driver and not
berkdb. added berkdb to USE flags.

removed stupid epauses.
