proposed ebuild for sparse, the metacompiler used to verify certain properties
on linux-2.6 (make C=1 and C=2 requires it). since there're no releases of
sparse, only a git tree and daily snapshots, the ebuild is date based, requiring
some regular maintenance by renaming it.

Thanks. Had to bump it to todays date and remove the primaryuri stuff.
