While there is a "DEC" tag when filing a bug, there is no platform tag for
"alpha" or "DEC" once the bug is processed.  Please add this.

can this be done through the bugzilla web interface? the bugzilla docs does not
mention editing the 'platform' field through any of the built-in screens.

need to update localconfig in /space/www/virtual/bugs.gentoo.org

drobbins fixed this today, and the platform popup now has alpha.
