Please test and then re-enable support for epiphany:
        DEPEND.bad: ~ppc (default-linux/ppc/2005.0) >=app-text/iso-codes-0.35
                app-text/iso-codes-0.47 (missing keyword)
                app-text/iso-codes-0.47-r1 (missing keyword)
        RDEPEND.bad: ~ppc (default-linux/ppc/2005.0) >=app-text/iso-codes-0.35
                app-text/iso-codes-0.47 (missing keyword)
                app-text/iso-codes-0.47-r1 (missing keyword)

along with this version of epiphany, please test epiphany-extensions-1.8.1
