Seahorse has an optional dependency on libsoup for hkp keyserver support, but
libsoup is not in seahorse's DEPEND. If libsoup happens to be installed already
hkp keyserver support is enabled, otherwise it's disabled. Please add dependency
on >=net-libs/libsoup-2.2.

I'm using stable x86, seahorse-0.7.8, thus, but just tested 0.7.9 with the same
behaviour.
