can you try it again with rubygems-0.8.11-r1 ?

Unfortunately it also fails with rubygems-0.8.11-r1. :(

I'm about to commit ruby-glib2-0.14.0 soon, so I'm really thinking about
removing src_test for the time being. It know that's hacky, but this ebuilds are
long overdue and I don't want to delay them any longer. Thoughts?

src_test removed and test-restricted.
