and I third it...

there is a doxygen-1.4.3-cp1251.patch file, but the ebuild uses:
epatch ${FILESDIR}/${P}-cp1251.patch
so it won't see it.

Have no idea if this patch is required for 1.4.4 at all...

I don't know whether the patch should be copied or the ebuild's epatch call 
dropped. But to keep ~arch building I've packaged.masked the 1.4.4 ebuild.  
nerdboy, please unmask when you fix this.
