One of the new extensions in www-client/epiphany-extensions is the favicon
extension, which handles the favicon for websites that use the old MS
convention. The 1.8.0 ebuild, however, doesn't build it.

Fixed in CVS.  Thanks for reporting.  (Note, you need the python use flag for
this extension)
