nice catch. thanks, the latest ebuild fixed it... once again, fast resolved ! oooppss... I don't know if it really fixed it: # lav2divx --encoder DIV6 -o out.avi in.avi INFO: [lav2divx] =========================================== INFO: [lav2divx] lav2divx INFO: [lav2divx] ----------------------------- INFO: [lav2divx] MJPEGTools version 1.6.0 INFO: [lav2divx] lav2divx version 0.0.23 (2002/03/02) INFO: [lav2divx] INFO: [lav2divx] This utility is development software. I installed mjpegtools on another box and I get the exact same error... It looks like a package/sources problem, don't you think ? Well i cant help it - i merged it on a couple of boxes and it segfaults on every one. I even compiled it by hand - no gain. After that i tried to use the newest cvs-sources, but they dont play nice with my automake. ~sigh~ - got any other ideas? -phoen][x- nope, I'm sorry... maybe we should go ask on mjpegtools mailing lists. try mjpegtools-1.6.1 well i had this happen also ... it seems that emerging avifile-0.7.37.20030522-r2.ebuild did the trick for me... i run ~x86 and had 0.7.38 installed... i tried 0.7.32 but it failed to build...anyway .37 and mpjegtools-1.6.0-r7 emerged fine. Please try mjpegtools 1.6.1.90 with the latest 0.7.38 version of avifile. Closing. If problems persist with the new version, please reopen. |
