New version of Tome.  Primarily a bug fix release.

Created an attachment (id=67714) [details]
Version bump for ebuild.

This is just a copy and rename of the current 2.3.1 ebuild. (Gentoo patch was
also copied over and renamed.)

I modified the post install infromation because this version does not break
save files with 2.3.1 but will break them with older versions.

Shoudl Bug#78781 be used as the base for this ebuild?
